SHIPPING & RETURNS
You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. We offer complimentary Fedex Ground shipping, within the US, with signature required. You may also select expedited shipping for an additional fee. Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods. Please note, POISON PAWN does not ship on weekends and major holidays. POISON PAWN is unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address will be cancelled.
All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges

POISON PAWN allows returns and exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unused and undamaged with all original packaging and tags attached. All returns are inspected upon receipt at our returns facility. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in original unused condition. You must return the complete product, including the packaging and instructions guide. If you would like to exchange your item for a different item, please return your items for a refund and place a new order for the item preferred.
Return shipping will be at the consumers expense, insured, and delivery. Exchange shipping will be paid by POISON PAWN. Only one exchange shipment per order will be covered by POISON PAWN.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.
If POISON PAWN determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
These return policies and procedures apply ONLY to consumers who purchased their POISON PAWN product from www.poisonpawn.com.
